Provided is an all-solid-state battery which has improved charge and discharge capacity. An all-solid-state battery laminate (10) is provided with: a positive electrode layer (11) and/or a negative electrode layer (12); and a solid electrolyte layer (13) that is laminated on the electrode layer. The solid electrolyte layer (13) contains a lithium-containing phosphoric acid compound. The electrode layer contains a pentavalent metal-containing oxide, and a part of the pentavalent metal is substituted by phosphorus in the pentavalent metal-containing oxide. |
