PURPOSE: A lead screw combination structure of a vibration sheet track and assembly method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing progress by reducing number of components. CONSTITUTION: An electronic sheet track of lead screw combination structure includes a lower rail unit(100), a upper rail unit, a gear box, a lead screw unit(110), a first fixing block(121), a second fixing block(130). A male screw is formed at the outside of the lead screw unit in order to combine with the gear box. The lead screw unit is formed at the front side and back side of a vehicle. A first combination hole(123) is formed at the other side of a first fixing block in order to be inserted into the one end of the lead screw unit. A first screw hole(122) is formed at the bottom of the first fixing block in order to combine with the lower rail unit. The one side of the second fixing block unit is installed at a second combination hole(133) in order to be inserted into the other end of the lead screw unit. The bottom of the lower rail unit is penetrated by a first fixing hole(105) corresponding to the first screw hole. A second fixing hole(106) is penetrated according to a second screw hole(132). |
