The present invention has applications in the field of vaccinology, specifically as an orally administered vaccine for the cholera infection. The aim is to develop a vaccine for oral administration in tablets derived from whole, inactivated cells of Vibrio cholera, and to disclose a method for obtaining this vaccine preparation.
