<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple and convenient apparatus, which supports bending and stretching of ankles and knees using other forces such as electric motor and effectively stimulates blood flow of lower limb by bending and stretching ankles to prevent and solve swelling of legs, contracture of leg joints such as ankles and knees, and a deterioration of leg strength due to aging. <P>SOLUTION: Foot rest panels 8 on which feet are placed are installed on both sides of a drive device 4 composed of an electric motor and an orthogonal decelerator. Shafts of sliding members 6 installed beneath the foot rest panels 8 are rotated by crankpins 5a of cranks 5 mounted on the shafts on both sides of the drive device 4 and a spindle 2a is slidingly fit on a slot section 3 formed at the back to slide the foot rest panels 8 backward and forward by the rotation of the motor while swinging the front side of the foot rest panels 8 upward and downward.
