<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aluminum-cast eaves capable of being easily mounted on a building, excellent in weatherability, strength and designability and capable of recycling waste such as a used aluminum can, and a method for mounting the aluminum-cast eaves. <P>SOLUTION: Eaves, which are cast by using waste such as a used aluminum can as a main material, include: a mounting plate part for being mounted on the wall surface side of a building; an eaves body plate part which is inclined and elongated downward from the mounting plate part; connection plate parts which are suspended on both the width-direction sides of the eaves body plate part; and a plurality of ribs which are formed along the length direction of the backside of the eaves body plate part. A mounting hole is drilled in the mounting plate part. The eaves are fixed to a furring strips material, a column and a transverse beam inside a wall surface of the building or a hole anchor, which is embedded in the wall surface, via the mounting hole by means of a fixture such as a screw. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
