摘要

An oscillator (10), having reduced power consumption and comprising four inductors (11_1, 11_3, 11_2, 11_4) connected in series to constitute a closed circuit, and four capacitors (12_1, 12_3, 12_2, 12_4) each connected at one end with the joint of respective inductors 11_1, 11_3, 11_2, 11_4, i.e. node N1, N3, N2, N4, and at held the other end at a power supply VDD,is formed on a semiconductor substrate.
