摘要 A method for analyzing N-glycan in a biological complex fluid comprises: a step of adding, to a sample including N-glycan, protein including first marker glycan having a mass different from that of the N-glycan; a step of denaturation of the protein in the sample after the step of adding the protein; a step of separating glycan in the sample from protein by using enzyme after the protein is denatured; a step of eluting glycan from the sample from which the protein is separated; a step of acquiring mass spectrum of the eluted glycan; and a step of determining the efficiency of the enzyme or operation on the basis of the amount of first marker glycan in the mass spectrum. According to the method, it is possible to separate and refine only pure N-glycan from various biological complex fluids including serum, and it is possible to improve reliability of data by maximizing efficiency and reproducibility for a short time by using a well plate.
