1. An earbud headphone assembly comprising:
a sound chamber; an ear pad connected to the sound chamber, wherein the ear pad is adapted for insertion into an ear; a chassis formed from a single piece of material, the chassis comprising: a first end; a second end configured to mate with the first end; and a body member extending from the first end to the second end and configured to removably enclose the sound chamber; wherein the chassis is configured to transition from a closed position, in which the first end is adjacent to the second end, to an open position, in which the first end is separated from the second by a distance; and a chassis cap configured to maintain the chassis in the closed position. |
