PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having excellent adhesiveness with a polyester film or tin-plated copper and an electrolytic copper foil, heat resistance and blocking resistance in a usage for a flexible flat cable to be used for wiring electric or electronic equipment or the like. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition containing a crystalline polyester resin (A) and an amorphous polyester resin (B) is characterized in that: the crystalline polyester resin (A) contains terephthalic acid by not less than 60 mol%, 1,4-butane diol by 80 to 30 mol%, triethylene glycol and/or diethylene glycol by 20 to 70 mol%, with respect to 100 mol% of the total amount of the all acid components and the all glycol components; the polyester resin has a melting point of 80 to 160°C and a glass transition temperature of -20 to 30°C; and the amorphous polyester resin (B) has an acid value of not less than 50 equivalent/10<SP>6</SP>g and a glass transition temperature of 40 to 90°C.
