The present invention relates to a composite separator for an electrolyte fuel cell and an electrolyte fuel cell comprising the same and, more specifically, to a composite separator for an electrolyte fuel cell having excellent electric conductivity and strength by using titanium diboride (TiB_2) having excellent electric conductivity compared to graphite as an additive. In addition, provided are the composite separator for an electrolyte fuel cell having enhanced electric conductivity by controlling the particle size and a shape of the titanium diboride and the electrolyte fuel cell comprising the same.
