MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SILICON CARBON BOILER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a silicon carbon boiler is provided to implement high energy saving effects by supplying hot water with small energy. CONSTITUTION: A heating fabric is made by weaving a carbon yarn, a copper wire, a glass fiber yarn, or a heat resistant fiber(S101). The heating fabric is immersed in a silicon mixture(S103). The heating fabric is hardened and dried by a heating process(S105). A silicon heating board is made by coating the heating fabric with silicon and thermally pressing the heating fabric(S107). Two silicon heating boards are laminated(S109).
