A device includes built-up beam 1 on which ends the support posts 9 are fastened; the winches 4, 4', 5 and 5' are movable suspended on the beam by means of blackets 2; in the middle of beam the socket 7 for fixing additional cylindrical support is fastened, and the additional openings regulating distance between points of supporting bars fastening are executed on one end thereof. Supporting bars are executed as descended at acute angle, and connected with each other the rods and fastened in both sides of beam with capability to be taken off; the legs 10 of supporting bars are bent and movable on longitudinal supporting girders 11. Distance between the bars of supporting legs is more than width of lifted plates 15, and width of girders are twice more than width of bars legs. Fig:. 2 |
