<p>The invention relates to a method for producing a projectile (1) intended to be used in a rifled-barrel gun, comprising a hollow body (2) and a cast warhead (3) which is mounted in the hollow body by means of a conical piece (4) and projects from said body. The warhead (3) comprises numerous hollow indentations (6) arranged to constrain the rotation effect on the projectile (1) caused by the grooves of the gun barrel. The inventive method consists in casting and subsequently machining the warhead (3) and it is characterised in that the indentations (6) are produced during the moulding.</p> |
