<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that reading a detailed map is difficult when displaying a guide map from the nearest location to a destination location. SOLUTION: An objective location on geography is obtained (S10) and map data of an area including the objective location is then transmitted to a user terminal (S12). A start location specified from a user terminal is obtained (S13) and a direction that changes a display area or a reduction scale from the user terminal (S14). Consequently, judgment for whether objective location is included in a displaying range of map data displayed on the user terminal or not is done (S22). When the objective location is not included in the displaying range (N of S22), a symbol suggesting a direction and a distance of the objective location is composed to the map data (S24), and the map data composed with the symbol is then transmitted to the user terminal (S26).</p> |
