A hot water heater for a vehicle assembled with an electric heater is provided to improve reliability and safety of the product and to protect a ceramic heater from vibration or a shock. A hot water heater(H) for a vehicle assembled with an electric heater includes an intake tank(10), an exhaust tank(20), a tube(30), and a radiating fin(40). The intake tank includes an entrance(11). The exhaust tank includes an exit. The tube is connected between the intake tank and the exhaust tank with a proper distance. The radiating fin is installed between the tubes. A housing(50) is inserted and brazed replacing one tube at every set of four tubes and four radiating pins. The housing includes a frame, a ceramic heater, and an overheating prevention temperature sensor(80). The frame includes a heater insertion hole and an electrode drawing hole. The ceramic heater is inserted at the heater insertion hole and the electrode drawing hole with an electrode(71). The overheating prevention temperature sensor detects the temperature.
