A method for preparing polyamide particles having improved mono-disperse property is provided to obtain spherical polyamide particles having a controllable particle size and a low dispersity at a high yield. The method for preparing polyamide particles having improved mono-disperse property comprises the steps of: drying a reaction mixture containing a solvent and a dispersion stabilizer by heating the mixture to a temperature of 100-130 deg.C; and introducing caprolactam thereto; and polymerizing caparolactam in liquid paraffin in the presence of a polymerization initiator and a catalyst. The liquid paraffin is used in an amount corresponding to 2.5-3 times of the weight of the caprolactam.
