PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drift gage and drift inspection method capable of simultaneously performing, during drift inspection, steel-pipe inner surface inspection for inspecting the inner surface of a steel pipe by imaging.SOLUTION: The drift gage according to the present invention includes: an imaging device that is provided at a tip end in a sending side of the drift gage that moves inside a steel pipe along an axial direction in drift inspection of the steel pipe, applies annular laser light in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction, and photographs the inner surface to which the annular laser light is applied to generate a plurality of annular beam images as photographed images of the annular light in the inner surface along the axial direction of the steel pipe; and an arithmetic processing device that controls the imaging device, executes image processing of the annular beam images generated by the imaging device and determines whether or not there is any defect on the inner surface of the steel pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
