PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery which is superior in durability, and which is easy to maintain and has a smaller adverse effect on an environment even in the event of its performance worsening.SOLUTION: A solar battery 1 comprises: a negative electrode 2; a positive electrode 3; a photoelectric conversion layer 4 disposed between the negative and positive electrodes, and including an organic inorganic perovskite compound expressed by the general formula, R-M-X(where R represents an organic molecule, M represents a metal atom, and X represents a halogen atom or chalcogen atom); an inorganic layer 5 disposed on one of the negative electrode or the positive electrode; and a barrier layer 6 disposed on the inorganic layer, and having a vapor permeability of 1×10to 10 g/m/day.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
