PURPOSE: An apartment type charnel house is provided to create new charnel culture without damaging traditions and cultures and to promote the territory utilization according to allowed architectural floor area ratio. CONSTITUTION: The apartment type charnel house is placed together with various convenience facilities in a charnel park and partitioned into many separate families. Per each building of an apartment type charnel house, a miniature temple is installed on a rooftop, a side, an entrance, a lobby, the front of the entrance, etc., and an image of a deity is installed on a piloti of the entrance or installed in the front of the entrance.
