A rear axle hub assembling structure of a vehicle is provided to improve assembling efficiency by preventing wrong assembling of parts, and also improve marketability of the vehicle by preventing release of connection between a lock nut and a lock plate. A rear axle hub assembling structure of a vehicle comprises an inward lock nut(110), a lock plate(200), and an outward lock nut(120) which are sequentially fastened, thereby preventing separation of a hub mounted to a rear axle(300). A plurality of hemispheric projections(210) are additionally formed on one surface of the lock plate and radially arranged. A plurality of connecting grooves(111) are formed corresponding to the hemispheric projections of the lock plate, on one surface of the inward lock nut. The connecting groove has a flattened U-shape and has width smaller than the diameter of the hemispheric projection.
