A child's wristband that includes both a voice recorder and a location device. This is used to help parents to find their children when they go missing. The parents are given a number unique to the particular wristband which when phoned is picked up by the receiver. The receiver then plays a personalized message to the child with the wristband and sends back the child's location, via mms text message, through the form of a map.
