PURPOSE: A payment method using a VoIP terminal, a system thereof and a recording medium therefor are provided to conveniently process purchase price payment for a product by card information of a storage medium. CONSTITUTION: A virtual banking terminal D/B(430) stores VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) terminal information and security module information. A communication relay server(400) transmits virtual banking terminal activation information to the VoIP terminal. A banking company server(435) certifies a virtual banking terminal function of the VoIP terminal. The banking company server provides at least one virtual CD/ATM(Cash Dispenser/Automatic Teller Machine) based financial transaction through the virtual financial terminal function of the VoIP terminal. A payment relay server(463) provides a product payment function through a virtual banking terminal function of the VoIP terminal.
