PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select a person in charge being a candidate to whom a telephone call from a customer is connected, for efficient exchange operation, relating to a system for assisting exchange operation of an operator at a call center that collectively manages communication requests about the area in charge from customers. SOLUTION: The exchange system 100 comprises a schedule storing part 111 which relates a schedule for each sales person in charge of operation at a shop and shop discrimination information that discriminates a shop concerned and then stores them, a communication request receiving part 151 which receives shop discrimination information as well as communication requests, a connection part 153 which connects a call from the received communication request to an operator telephone, an extracting part 109 which extracts the schedule related to the received shop discrimination information, and a display part 103 which displays a list of extracted schedule for each sales person when the connection part 153 connects a communication request to the operator telephone.
