PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film preventing trouble caused by electrostatic charge, suppressing precipitation of oligomers from the film in the case of exposed to high temperature, etc., and free from trouble caused by oligomers e.g., in storage of the film, use of the film, and processing of the film.SOLUTION: An adhesive film includes an undercoat layer obtained by coating a substrate comprising a biaxially drawn polyester film with a coating liquid containing a polymer having a quaternary ammonium group and a multivalent aldehyde compound and drying the product, wherein an adhesive layer is laminated on the undercoat layer. |
