Provided is a cigarette product from which a powder can be inhaled easily at desired timing by the smoker, and with which powder spillage at unintended timing during production, or during shipping and the like, can be minimized. The product is equipped with a tobacco rod that includes shredded tobacco, and a filter that connects to the end of the tobacco rod via tip paper. The filter includes: a powder-containing material, the powder-containing material being composed of a mass of starting material powder that includes at least a taste component and/or a fragrance component and being rendered into a powder by the application of external force; a cavity in which the powder-containing material is arranged; and a channel through which the cavity communicates with an inhalation opening end, and through which the powder passes, the channel having an inside diameter smaller than the outside diameter of the powder-containing material. |
