摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery device free from short circuit due to a collector member even under high temperature environment during electricity generation. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel battery device generates electricity by fuel gas and oxidant gas. The fuel battery device includes: a plurality of fuel battery cell units 16 electrically connected to each other; and a fuel battery cell assembly that generates electricity by allowing the fuel gas and the oxidant gas to react with each other in the fuel battery cell unit 16. A positioning part 86a for positioning a connection portion of a collector member is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of an inside electrode terminal 86 (collector cap) disposed at an end part of the fuel battery cell unit 16. The positioning part 86a is formed at an end part closer to an outside electrode layer 92.
