A connecting piece for connecting two objects, comprising two connecting nuts (10), wherein a connector clip (20) is screwed in the first connecting nut (10); a middle nut (30) is screwed in the second connecting nut (10); an elastic component (31) and a positioning clamp piece (32) are sequentially disposed on a clamp boss (13) of the second connecting nut (10); and when the connector clip (20) passes through the middle nut (30) and is inserted into the positioning clamp piece (32), the positioning clamp piece (32) can clamp the connector clip (20), such that the two connecting nuts (10) are connected to each other. A prefabricated member, comprising a plurality of independent prefabricated parts (1), the prefabricated parts (1) being connected to each other by means of the connecting piece.
