PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for leveling consumption power from a power system to a load and at the same time suppressing a DC component that is generated in a power conversion device. SOLUTION: The AC-side terminal of a power conversion device 3 is connected to a feed path from a power system 1 to a load 2, a rechargeable battery facility 4 is connected to the DC side terminal of the power conversion device 3, the rechargeable battery facility 4 is charged from the power system 1 via the power conversion device 3 at night, a DC power that is discharged from the rechargeable battery facility 4 being charged at daytime is converted to AC power by the power conversion device 3, the AC power is used as one portion of power to the load 2, and at the same time a DC component contained in the output of a power converter 15 is suppressed by a DC component detector 71, DC component setting equipment 61 and anhysteretic correction adjuster 62. |
