It comprises a vertical post provided with inspection covers and water spraying devices which are arranged on the post and actuated by one or more timer-type push- button taps built into the hollow vertical cylindrical post on the inside of the latter and fastened to it by means of inner pressure against a washer with a planar inner face and an outer face adapted to the external curvature of the post, the timer-type push-button of the tap being the only part of the latter which projects from the post, and the various taps being connected together by joining means. It comprises a platform provided with a central hole via which the post is inserted, and a manhole which is arranged underneath the level of the platform. <IMAGE>
