<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength, prevent deformation of a neck hoesel part due to repeated hitting, and eliminate deviation of various angles such as a lie angle or the like by specifying the volume of a head and the length of a shaft in a hollow golf club head formed by joining four-split base materials integrally. SOLUTION: Four-split base materials of a body main body part 5 having a crown part 1, a neck hoesel part 2, a face part 3 and a sole 4 are joined integrally, and the volume of a hollow head is set to 350 cc-500 cc to constitute a super large club head. A light-weighted shaft inserted in a club head is set 48 inch or more long, and carbon or the others are suitably selected as raw material of long and super light-weighted shaft to be used. The outline of the club head is such that the face back side is formed sharp to reduce air resistance, the sectional form in the direction of hitting a ball is formed like a thin shallow back, and a recessed part 4a gradually increased in width is formed in the sole part 4 to decrease air resistance.</p> |
