<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a windmill on a wheel of lesser vibration whereby it is possible to equip a tire and wheel cap with light decoration, eliminating electrostatic charge on a car body by grounding, allow the color of the light and the color of the wheel and/or wind mill to look red from the back, allow these operations to manage with one light, reduce likelihood that the lighting system goes in failure, and establish an enhanced cooling effect of a brake. SOLUTION: An electroconductive brightness sheet is affixed to a tire outer side face 3 ranging from the tire-wheel contacting part 1 to a tread groove part 2. The part near the wheel axis is bulged higher than the tire side face and ranges to outside, and the rear half 6 of the wheel is irradiated with red light while the front half 7 with light beams other than red by a lighting system 5 installed striding the boundary angle part 4. A wind mill 8 is provided rotatively independent of the wheel and its contacting with the tire outer side face 3 is restricted.</p> |
