<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device which can be manufactured in a short time inexpensively and can image data. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device detects light of wavelengths in visible, ultraviolet, and infrared regions for converting electric signal.
