PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for a vehicle which can precisely manage a voltage while improving fuel economy.
SOLUTION: In the power supply device for the vehicle which includes a generator 2 driven by an engine, and feeds power to an electric load from the generator 2 or a battery, a plurality of candidates of target voltages are set in advance, and in an input/output power estimation means 51, estimated input/output power which should be inputted and output to and from the battery is determined at each target voltage candidate in order to set a battery voltage as the target voltage candidate. Then, a generated output necessary for the estimated input/output power is determined by taking into consideration total power consumption at the electric load (a generated-output determination means 54). Next, a power generation cost with respect to the generated output is determined (a power generation cost determination means 55), and one candidate from among the target voltage candidates is selected as a target value of a command value on the basis of the power generation cost (a bus-voltage selection means 56). Then, the target value is corrected and output to the generator 2 so that a difference between the command value and a present voltage value reaches a tolerable voltage change amount or smaller (a correction means 57).
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
|
