PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce user's burden in data file management/compilation. SOLUTION: Data to be deleted is stored in a deletion folder, and data to be transmitted to other equipment is stored in a transmission folder. Once a connection is established with other equipment (Yes in Step 201), if data is found in the deletion folder (Yes in Step 203) and if the same data is found in the other equipment (Yes in Step 205), then the data in the deletion folder is deleted (Step 207). If there is data in the transmission folder (Yes in Step 209), then the data in the transmission folder is transmitted to the other equipment (Step 211). If there is data in a transmission folder in the other equipment (Yes in Step 213), then the data in the transmission folder in the other equipment is stored in a reception folder (Step 215).
