PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the deposition of sludge generated in an acid cleaning tank while having a simple equipment configuration.SOLUTION: In the method for preventing the deposition of sludge, a nozzle is arranged in a lower part inside the acid cleaning tank accommodating an acid cleaning liquid, a piston type pump is connected to the nozzle, a piston of the piston type pump is driven by piston drive means including a fluid pressure cylinder to be reciprocated, the acid cleaning liquid in the acid cleaning tank is sucked, and the sucked acid cleaning liquid is ejected into the acid cleaning tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
