PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a combustion furnace for manufacturing dental prosthesis material, the method being better adapted to various dental prosthesis materials, particularly for at least reducing or completely excluding the use of etching oxides. SOLUTION: In this method for controlling a combustion furnace for manufacturing dental prosthesis material, a piston working on deformable dental prosthesis material is driven by an electric motor. The prosthesis material is inserted into a muffle combustion furnace having a combustion furnace canopy which can be removed from a muffle. A press curve is set according to the kind of dental material used, and immediately after a press molding time has elapsed the motor is stopped and the combustion furnace canopy is removed. |
