A system and a method for automatically processing commercial transaction data are provided to store and automatically process diverse types of commercial transaction data generated in a process from a data generation time point until recording to a computer accounting system by using a metadata manager performing a link function for processing the commercial transaction data. A sale order input device(110) receives a sale order generated in the on/offline. A purchase order processor(120) transmits a purchase order for goods related to sales generated from the sale order input device to a vendor and generates purchase data. A data storing device(130) classifies the sale/purchase, and deposit/withdrawal and consignment/trust data generated in commercial transaction into each storage item, and stores the classified data to a metadata repository(140). A screen display device(150) displays the data stored in the metadata repository to a screen easily recognized by an operator. An approval processor(160) determines approval or cancellation for all unprocessed data by searching the data displayed to the screen display device.
