PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC equipped with an n-channel MOS transistor, a body bias circuit network, and the IC. SOLUTION: This IC has an n-channel MOS transistor with a body terminal, and adjustable body bias circuit network of charge pump base that impresses minus body bias voltage on the body terminal.
