PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element array in which deposition of an organic compound is simplified and which has excellent optical performance. SOLUTION: The organic EL element is composed of an organic compound layer including at least a light emitting layer 150 between a pair of transparent electrodes 130, 180, a reflecting layer 110 on an external side of the transparent electrode 130 opposite a light extraction direction, and a transparent insulation layer 120 between the transparent electrode 130 and the reflecting layer 110.
