PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chopsticks for eating and drinking, chopsticks of daily use for the purpose of taking in required ingredient into the body including ingestion of iron and zinc contents, while various types of supplements for replenishing internally required ingredients are sold increasingly in the aging society nowadays, and while various symptoms appear if iron and zinc contents are short in the body for example.SOLUTION: Iron and zinc contents or the like are internally required. In order to replenish these ingredients, chopsticks for use in having meals are processed for ingesting required ingredients. Spherical machining is applied to chopsticks for the purpose of increasing the surface area of metallic caps, with the tips of the chopsticks scraped for attaching the caps and, after an adhesive is applied thereto, tip end caps made of iron and zinc are attached to the tips of the chopsticks, with a caulking nail put through a rivet hole and caulked. At the time of eating and drinking, the iron and zinc contents liquated out from the tip end caps attached to the chopsticks can be ingested.
