A curtain air bag is provided to prevent a gap of a pillar trim from being widened by allowing a cushion guide to pull the pillar trim connected to the piller trim when the pillar trim is widened. A curtain air bag includes an air bag cover(82), a cushion(84), an inflater, and a cushion guide(90). The air bag cover is installed at an upper part of a chassis pillar. The cushion is deployably installed in the air bag cover. The inflater is connected to the cushion to deploy the cushion. The cushion guide is installed between the pillar trim and the air bag cover installed under the chassis pillar to be extended when the pillar trim is spaced apart from the chassis pillar.
