PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and readily attach a paste bait to a fishhook. SOLUTION: This tool comprises a pedestal 2 capable of mounting a teeming part 14 of a paste bait tube 13, a discharging port 6 provided on the outer surface of the pedestal 2 and capable of discharging a paste bait N teemed from the teeming part 14 of the mounted paste bait tube 13 and a guide pin 8 in which a tip 9 is arranged on the upper side of the discharging port 6 or at a position near the upper side. The tip 9 of the guide pin 8 is a free end and the guide pin 8 is arranged so that a gap 16a of a fishhook 16 can be kept in an engaged state and the fishhook 16 can be moved to the tip side.
