PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of kneading by realizing three dimensional kneading of materials to be kneaded, to make it easy to miniaturize and lighten the device and to provide an extruding kneader having a structure suitable even for manufacture by resin molding. SOLUTION: The extruding kneader is provided with a container body 10 having a first containing section (a) and a second containing section (b) which separately contain two kinds of materials having fluidity and with a kneading cylinder 20 connected to an end side of the container body and the materials in the container body are extruded to the end side by an extruding means, forced into the kneading cylinder and passed through the kneading cylinder to be kneaded. The kneading cylinder 20 has a function for rolling and overlapping the materials acting shearing force and compressing force to the materials forced into the kneading cylinder and a joining-dividing function causing joining and dividing of the materials within the kneading cylinder.
