<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic joining part capable of practically using at a high temperature to the vicinity of brazing temperature and directly brazing and joining to ceramics. SOLUTION: This ceramic joining part is joined to the whole face of ceramic and integrated with the ceramic by brazing and comprises titanium as a main material and at least one or more kinds of metals which are different in coefficient of linear expansion from titanium and enables the coefficient of linear expansion to control into an arbitrary value between linear expansion coefficient of titanium and that of other metal by adjusting compounding ratio of each component.</p> |
