<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weaving cable and a weaving cable fitting structure to fit the weaving cable to the other member particularly used for wiring. <P>SOLUTION: A weaving cable 100 is made of a woven fabric woven with the warp of intermediary filament materials 21 interposed between electric wires 1 and the weft of resin fibers 3. The intermediary material 21 has a recess extending in a longer direction formed so that an opening of the recess faces one surface side or the other surface side of the woven fabric, and the weft arranged to go over the recess to make the recess serve as a cavity 41.
