PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional wire harness drawing generating device for generating a two-dimensional drawing to be easily viewed in consideration of the twist of a wire harness in a three-dimensional space. SOLUTION: The two-dimensional wire harness drawing device 21 determines a main surface being a two-dimensional plane including first and second routes at a branch point, based on three-dimensional CAD data, so as to calculate the direction of the main surface (S1), two-dimensionally develops the first and second routes on the main surface, while holding the angle made by the first and second routes (S2), and two-dimensionally develops a third route on the main surface (S3). When it is determined that one route overlaps the other route on the main surface with the first to third routes arranged therein, the arrangement of one route and the other routes on the main surface is adjusted so as to allow one route not to overlap the other route (S4). Then the drawing with the wire harness two-dimensionally developed thereon is generated based on the main surface at each branch point, where the first to third routes are two-dimensionally developed (S5).
