The invention refers to the hosting equipment, in particular to the hand drive winches. The hand drive winch, according to the first variant, includes a base with racks, between which with the possibility of rotation there are installed: a rope drum and a body with a rigidly fixed cover connected thereto, as well as a reducer placed into the body. Novelty consists in that the reducer is made precessional and includes a crank shaft, on the inclined section of which it is mounted a two-ring satellite wheel, one ring of which meshes with the central gear-wheel rigidly fixed into the cover, and the other ring meshes with the second central gear-wheel that is mounted onto the shaft axially placed into the drum, at the same time onto the free end thereof there is mounted a unidirectional clutch rigidly fixed to the rack. On the free end of the crank shaft straight section it is fixed a full revolving handle.
