PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage device suitably used for a seasonal air conditioning device storing cold in winter until summer to perform cooling by cold in summer, and storing heat of summer until winter to utilize heat in winter. SOLUTION: A heat storage tank 11 is disposed in a constant-temperature space, a number of rectangular parallelepiped heat storage units 40 having a latent-heat heat storage material 42 of a melting temperature higher than a steady temperature of the constant-temperature space and a solidification temperature lower than the steady temperature, are disposed in the heat storage tank, heat transfer tubes 25 for ventilation and heat transfer tubes 35 for cooling are disposed among the heat storage units 40, and the heat storage tank 11 is filled with the water 12. The latent-heat heat storage material 42 is melted by summer outside air and indoor air, and the inside of a room is cooled by the cold air from the heat transfer pipes 25, 35. In spring and autumn, the airflow is stopped, and the latent heat is stored in the meantime. According to the structure of the heat exchanger where a number of heat transfer tubes are arranged, the heat storage device of large capacity capable of using the air as a heat medium and having high cooling capacity can be constructed.
