FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine area, namely to laboratory study in prediction of clinical course of herpetic keratouveitis. Within immunoassay, variations of titres of immunoglobulins IgG, IgA, IgM, the average circulating immune complexes (CICs), and a neutrophil digest index are recorded. The immunoassay is performed prior to treatment and on the 10th days thereafter. The decreased level IgG by 25-35%, IgA and IgM by 50-55%, CIC by 25-35%, and increased neutrophils digestibility over 35% enable to predict a favourable clinical outcome of herpetic keratouveitis. ^ EFFECT: application of the method allows prediction further clinical course of herpetic keratouveitis in early therapeutic period and thereby correcting treatment adequately in due time. ^ 3 ex |
