APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FORMING COATING PATTERN ON CONTAINER

PURPOSE: A device and a method for forming a pattern to coat a container are provided to improve productivity by reducing the number of working processes in multi-product and small production of a product coating with various kinds of pattern. CONSTITUTION: A device for forming a pattern to coat a container comprises a main body(10), a lifting unit(20), a spraying unit(30), and a controller(40). The main body includes a die(12) to support a container. The die includes an electromagnet to supply a magnetic force to pattern substance of the container. The lifting unit interposes a support stand(21) on the main body and supports a lifting board(25) to vertically move. The spraying unit supports a nozzle(32) to face the container on the support stand. The spraying unit includes a valve(34) for opening and closing a flow path formed in a plurality of nozzles. The controller transmits the pattern substance with predetermined pressure and amount through the nozzle.
